GVO is a judgement free space where guest can have personal access to me and their concerns for their skin. Body waxing is a lifestyle experience that has great benefits when maintained properly. I created my business as a opportunity to motivate every person I meet while providing a great experience. Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING✨✨
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD✨✨
Consent Policy✨✨
All guest must complete a consent form before receiving service at GVO Beauty Bar.
All guest are required to have a current credit/debit card on file when booking. If one is not provided your appointment will be canceled during booking.
Late Policy✨✨
All guest appointments include a 10 minute grace period, EXCEPT services under 10-20 minute time slots. If you are running late please text before your 10 minute grace period is up. This will not guarantee your appointment, but I will try to work with you as much as I can. If you are late and all services can not be performed the client is responsible for all services book for that appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and 100% will be due. Please note cancellation policy fee will still apply if I am unable to fit you in that day.
Cancellation Policy✨✨
My software system will send a confirmation message 72 hours before your appointment.
All reminders are sent out 24 hours before your appointment to prevent any no show or cancellations after 24 hours.
All appointments that are canceled or rescheduled after 24 hours will be charged a 60% service total fee by using guest approved card on file.
No Show Policy ✨✨
All guest who NO-SHOW will be charged 100% of their service total fee by using guest approved card on file. After three NO-SHOWS guest will no longer be able to re-book without full payment before service. All appointments are rescheduled, cancelled or booked through GVO APP.

All promotions or discounts at GVO Beauty Bar can not be combined with any other offers.
All leg and arm wax services are excluded from any promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.
If a service in a promotion can not be received please note regular pice of services rendered will apply.
A valid driver’s license must be presented for all first time guest services or first time guest promotions.
A student ID and drivers license must be presented at time of service to receive student discount.
I do understand things come up with guest, but no shows and late cancellations disrupt the livelihood of my business.
However, no-shows and cancellations are monitored and regulated by my software system and are not-negotiable. Please make sure the hair is long enough to be waxed. GVO allows a one time rebooking for the following week. New booking/ deposit is required if another reschedule is needed. Thank you for understanding.
Please take notice that by booking with GVO Beauty Bar you have read, agree,and approve all policies terms of booking with GVO Beauty Bar. All sales and services are final and non- refundable. If you are unhappy with a service please let me know before leaving. GVO Beauty Bar reserves all the rights to refuse any services.
